Building things that matter,
at scale

I'm a 12th-grader (senior) in the Olympics class at Tudor Vianu National College of Computer Science, one of Romania's top CS programs. My work spans full-stack product engineering, academic ML/NLP research, and civic tech. I care about building software that solves real problems for real people.

Currently: Founder Engineer at AdvancedEd Link and co-organizer of Code Sinaia, a programming camp that has taught 150+ children across 3+ editions, while finishing an intensive SAT prep sprint. Since completing YYGS 2026 (Yale, IST session), I presented my CCIR research at Cambridge, supervised by Dr. Danny Ebanks (Harvard IQSS) and Dominic Skinnion (MIT).

"Class Bias in LLM-Based Resume Screening: How Socioeconomic Signals Shape Scores for Equally Qualified Candidates"

Conducted at the Cambridge Centre for International Research (CCIR), in collaboration with Harvard IQSS and MIT. Ran a conjoint experiment scoring 10,000+ synthetic resumes across Claude Sonnet 4.6, Gemini 3.5 Flash, and Qwen 2.5 (7B) to measure socioeconomic bias in AI-driven resume screening. Found statistically significant class bias in Claude Sonnet 4.6 for Data Analyst roles (26% vs. 6% shortlisting gap between high and low socioeconomic status), near-zero bias in Gemini 3.5 Flash, and selective bias in Qwen 2.5.

Presented findings at the CCIR Student Research Symposium, King's College, Cambridge (July 2026).

Supervised by Dr. Danny Ebanks (Harvard IQSS) & Dominic Skinnion (MIT)
